Mozzarella & Tomato Salad

8 tomatoes, chopped
8 T. olive oil
pepper to taste
16-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
10 sprigs fresh basil, torn

In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings
