Dear Journal,Tonight is my school's Homecoming dance, and I could not be more excited! Not only am I a nominee for Homecoming Queen, but my best friends and I are going to dance the night away! We have the dresses, the shoes, the hair, nails, toes, and makeup for tonight! Even though I am looking forward to tonight, I am also a little sad. Three weeks ago after four months of being together, my boyfriend and I called it quits. The long distance was getting hard for us, so we made the hard decision to call it quits.
