Bill obtained his Ph.D. in Psychology from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. Bill’s career has been in academia, industry, and for 33yrs., the Financial Investing profession in Dallas. Max Ray considers himself a retired country preacher having ministered the gospel for better than half a century. He graduated in 1957 from Freed Hardeman University and has lived these past years in Kentucky.
