Robert B. Winn is a welder who resides in Maricopa, Arizona. He wrote this book during a slow period of business after the economic crisis of 2008. He registered as an independent voter the first time he voted and has never belonged to a political party. He became interested in overcoming the problems generated by political parties during the 1980's when the two major parties began an effort to exclude independent voters from Arizona government.
