About the Author:
Dr. Hinrichs graduated from the Univesity of Oklahoma with an Electrical Engineering degree with Special Distinction in 1960 and was awarded a National Defense Education Act scholarship, earning his Ph.D. in 1963. He was the Chief Engineer for the Missile Systems Division of Rockwell International. Retired, he currently teaches financial seminars and informal courses for Southern Methodist University and Tarrant County Junior College.
